InterviewDirects acts as a professional career agency providing "Done-For-You" outreach services. We review client profiles, conduct direct outreach to hiring managers, and assist clients in securing interviews. We are not an employer, a traditional staffing agency, or a recruiting firm representing corporations.

No Guarantee of Employment: While our methods are designed to secure interviews, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will be offered or secure employment. Hiring decisions are strictly at the discretion of the third-party employers.

3. User Obligations

When participating in our consultation process or utilizing our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your professional background, resume, and contact details.
• Not submit any false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Maintain professional conduct during any interviews we help facilitate.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

InterviewDirects offers customized, high-ticket services following a free consultation. Pricing, payment schedules, and specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice provided to the client prior to the commencement of services.

Because our service requires significant manual effort and proprietary research, refunds are strictly governed by the individual service agreement signed by the client upon onboarding.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and strategies provided by InterviewDirects are our exclusive property. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own job search. You may not distribute, sell, or copy our proprietary methods or materials for commercial use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamheen, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
